Mochi says: morning. one tiny thing
and i'll bring you something.
Nudge is the ADHD cleaning app that adapts to your energy, not your guilt.
one doable step at a time, a calm voice that keeps going with your phone in your pocket, and a cat named Mochi who brings a gift every time you finish something. no red pressure. no shame.
7-day free trial on Monthly and Annual for eligible new subscribers · Weekly has no trial

One Tiny Clean asks for a room, your energy, and 2, 5, or 10 minutes. It gives back one bounded action and tells you where to stop. It runs in this browser—no install, no account, nothing to set up first.
takes about ten seconds, and you can stop after one
the misty ones are waiting for theirs.
Mochi's Place is a small island of rooms that fills in as you finish real tasks. Each tiny win brings the next piece for a room: a rug, a sofa, a lamp. Every room also has its own page, with its painting, its tasks and Mochi offering to make the first one tiny. Show up on enough days and Mochi finds an outfit, like a striped scarf. Miss a week and none of it is taken away.

Mochi says: a blanket, a toy and a book are lying around.
put one thing back and the sofa is yours.

many cleaning apps prioritize recurring schedules, reminders, and daily counters. those patterns may not fit someone whose main barrier is choosing and starting the first action. nudge starts smaller.

Start Rescue asks how stuck it feels, then reads out one concrete move sized to that. Hear it again, make it smaller, or stop after the first one. Moving counts.

Skip a task for today, snooze it for an hour, or park it on a later list on the Rooms tab. It leaves your list, then comes back by itself. Changed your mind? Undo is one tap.

Scan My Mess looks at one photo of the room and names the first thing to touch. No tidying before you start, and no list of everything that is wrong. Leave the app halfway and the list waits for you. Rather not take a photo? List what you see instead.

A calm voice counts with you, not at you. One step, one timer, and a too-hard button that asks what is in the way, then shrinks the step instead of judging you.

Clean with Mochi keeps you company while you work: soft rain, a calm line every minute and a half, and a 10, 20 or 30-minute timer if you want one. No camera, no chat, nobody watching.

Say how much time you have. Panic Clean picks what makes the room feel better fastest and hands you one high-impact task at a time. Skip it if it is wrong.

Tell it your energy and the minutes you have, and Plan My Day picks tasks that fit. Low energy and fifteen minutes is a real plan.

Pick 3 days, a week, two weeks, or until you are back. Nudge sends no nudges, nothing piles up, and your streak waits. Come back early whenever you like, to a fresh start or right where you left off.

A Live Activity keeps Mochi, the room and step, the task, a ring with the time left, and done and smaller buttons on your lock screen, so opening the app is never the step that stops you.
other apps use red to alarm you into action. we use it never. tasks can wait without pressure.
a forgiving streak covers a missed day each week and waits while you rest. painted rooms and show-up days never go back down.
tasks wait for you, not the other way around. your kitchen will still be there when you're ready.
you're not broken. some days simply need a smaller first move.
I built nudge because every cleaning app made me feel worse about myself. I have ADHD. Getting started is the hardest part. I needed something that met me where I was, not where productivity culture thinks I should be.
nudge uses Claude from Anthropic to break tasks into steps that actually feel doable. it's the app I wished existed. maybe you did too.
Nudge is one subscription, and every plan includes all of it. You can try one tiny task before you choose a plan.

Mochi says: not ready to pick? tap “not yet” and do one tiny thing first.

Mochi is the sleepy orange cat who lives in Nudge. Every task you finish paints in a little more of Mochi's Place, a small island of rooms. Each room has its own album page, and each win adds the next piece: a rug, a sofa, a lamp. Show up on enough days and Mochi finds an outfit, like a striped scarf. Miss a day and nothing is taken away. You can rename the cat in the app.
Gently. On Mochi's tab, the showing-up page keeps a forgiving streak: the days in a row you finished something. It covers one missed day each week, and days on a break do not count against it. After a longer gap it quietly starts again from one. Painted rooms, show-up days and Mochi's outfits only ever add up, and there are no points, no leaderboard and nothing red.
Yes. Nudge uses AI to help break tasks into tiny, manageable steps. It is designed to be genuinely helpful, not a generic task list with a chatbot bolted on.
A bad day is still a day. Nudge celebrates any cleaning, even wiping one counter. There is no minimum. There is no judgment. The app will still be there tomorrow, same as ever.
Not inside the app. Nudge is a subscription: onboarding shows the plans after a few questions, and "not yet" on that screen lets you try one tiny task before you choose. Monthly and Annual include a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers; Weekly does not. If you want to try the idea with nothing to install, Tiny Clean on this website gives you one bounded task for free, no account needed.
Nudge is on the iOS App Store for iPhone. Plans are $2.99 a week with no trial, $6.99 a month, or $49.99 a year; the Monthly and Annual plans include a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Cancel anytime in Apple ID settings.
Nudge is designed from the builder's lived experience with executive dysfunction and informed by user feedback from people with different kinds of can't-start barriers. It is task-organization support, not ADHD diagnosis or treatment.
No. The Harvard girl cleaning app in those Instagram ads is a different app, almost certainly Chillio, whose App Store listing names COREMOVE LIMITED as the developer. Nudge has no Harvard connection. Our Harvard girl cleaning app page, linked in the footer, sets out what we could and could not verify about it and how to cancel it on iPhone.
It can help when the main barrier is choosing where to start or breaking rooms into smaller actions. It cannot guarantee a clean home or replace hands-on support. You choose the room, time, and energy available for the plan.

one tiny step, a calm voice, and a cat who brings you something every time you finish. no red badges. no daily pressure.
